He received a Doctor of Technology from Helsinki University of Technology, (now Aalto University), Helsinki, Finland, specializing in Alternative fuels and Ph.D from Aalto University, Helsinki, Finland specializing in ICE. He got his M.Sc. in ICE from Peoples’ Friendship University, Moscow, Russia.
